↳I retain the rights to my artwork and designs. you may not add your own rules.
↳ If you have a pending custom commission to me you may claim an adopt of same value in place of the original commission
↳ all of my designs must have a toyhouse profile that my account is able to see.
↳Characters hidden from me will be considered missing and could be reuploaded and distributed as I see fit.
↳Do not copy / steal my art or designs.
↳ Color picking and taking inspiration from my art and designs is fine
↳You may trace my art for practice purposes only
↳Traced art may not be posted online / publicly
↳I have a long turn around time for commissions and will not be willing to work with you if you harrass me.
↳You may ask for as many updates / bumps as you want but please dont demand immediate completion
↳I reserve the right to decline your commission
↳Free / raffled designs may not be sold, especially without added art work.
↳Designs MAY be sold for more then they are worth within 25% of original price
↳All sales are final except for certain circumstances
↳You must be 16 or older in order to commision me.
↳You may not alter my artwork(Bases are excluded)
↳Do not remove / edit credits on my art / bases.
↳You may not credit yourself as a designer to my designs even if changes have been made
↳Any and all work of mine is for personal use only unless we discuss commercial use.
↳You are responsible for updating me if fixes / changes need to be made to a character or design during a commission.
↳Your commission may be subject to complexity fee's depending on request. Please keep these in mind when ordering from me
↳Do not take designs I have made that have aspects from a minority and remove those aspects from the design ( Ex. Poc characters, Trans characters, disabled characters, etc.)
↳Co-owning my designs is not allowed unless you've asked me directly
↳I will not settle disputes between co-owned characters
↳Do not use my designs for hateful media
